Baking has been my prominent passion.it drives me to do more.it keeps me going.its so difficult to bake in Bhutan not because we dont know but its very difficult to f ind the right
ingredients.locked between the two giant countries(China and India) its a daunting task to get
right ingredients.
no matter the hindrances i have found a new way of baking.its to follow my heart.start with scratch,end with wow.
I have decided to mix local ingredients with international.a fusion or say this is my Bhutanese way of baking.everything i bake is baked in Bhutan.
